Over the last 3 years of consistent Meditation practice I've explored a range of different techniques and practices along with training in Meditation , Pranayama and Yoga Nidra to be able give you an experience like no other. The techniques you will practice will shift your physiology and allow you to relax and go deeper than ever before in your meditation practice.


No experience is necessary you will learn different breathing techniques, postures and practices that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged ready to take on the new week!


You are going to learn everything you need to know to be able to create a meditation practice of your own that works for you! The aim of these classes is to support and empower you to create a daily practice you can do at home which can be anything from 5 minutes upwards. There's no pressure it’s all about finding what works for you and enjoying the process. It's so easy now to get caught up in the busyness of life and forget that life is actually happening for you not to you. Peace exists within each and everyone of us but without the right tools you might not know how to access it.

Through meditation you'll let go of limiting beliefs, learn how to access your centre of peace and connect with your inner power to unlock the limitless potential that already exists within you!


Meditation has supported me on my own healing journey throughout my recovery from postpartum psychosis and beyond. When I first began meditating I was in the worst shape of my life mentally, physically and emotionally and it's amazing to witness the continued benefits this practice has on my life, health and well being on a daily basis.


I want you to know that wherever you are in your life and whatever your going through right now this practice will support and benefit you in more ways than you can imagine all you need to do is take the first step, come along to a class and try it out for yourself!
