About Me ...
Based in the Livingston area, my intention as a professional Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach is to help my clients to feel their best! To listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
As a Yoga Student myself I know the learning never stops. Beginning a journey with Yoga is a never-ending path of self-discovery and self-mastery.
I am a 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in Meditation, Pranayama, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and so much more. I love creating classes and experiences that are both energising and relaxing. I believe it's important to create a safe environment where you can have fun and explore what's possible for you in your practice. I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never knew you had.
Yoga teaches you to be present in the moment. I hope that my clients experience the joy that this practice gives to me as well as the many other benefits it offers.
My signature One Wellness programme is designed to help you to feel your best mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Bringing you greater clarity in every area of your life and a deeper sense of purpose. Using the same practices, tools and techniques that helped me to heal from post-partum psychosis and depression and completely change my life for the better. I know what it feels like to be at rock bottom, but I also know what it takes to build yourself back up again.
I am here to help you to realise your full potential and step into your power as the best version of yourself.
